Last Thursday we had our second P.P session with Mel and Lorna.
We went over our release tool and shared ideas about when and how we had been using it.
Lorna and Mel then taught us a new tool called Focus, this tool helps us to center ourselves and concentrate so that we are able to really focus on the task at hand.
It is a great tool to have when you feel your concentration slipping you can snap back into focus...one way of testing if you are focused or not is to complete koosh ball exercises on one leg.
