ANZAC Commemorations @ Belfast School

We had a very special assembly last Friday which started off in our school hall and ended up over at the cenotaph in Sheldon Park.
The words spoken by Zeke and Lagan were touching and the whole school listened with the utmost respect to the "Last Post" which was played on the trumpet.
The House Captains placed the wreaths we had made as a school onto the cenotaph and we all held 1 minutes silence.

Wowo what a challenge but everyone gave it a go! We had a few naturals in the group.

Leadership Camp 2015!

Well the 14 Prefects have made an awesome start to our overnight workshop at Te Koru-we have been studying the 7 Habits of effective teens.

We have been learning some excellent skills and tools as to how we can better ourselves as leaders. This has involved a lot of hands on activities and some brilliant discussions. These guys are deep thinkers!
